KITCHEN 

                          Fully fitted kitchen in oak, with washing machine, oven, hob and fridge (all integrated into kitchen units), oak kitchen table & chairs, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc are also included. The kitchen and living room are open plan with a spectacular view out to sea.  

LIVING ROOM 

Bright, comfortable living room, 32" Samsung LCD TV with Freeview  DVD player & DVDs, selection of board games and aga wood burning stove. Patio doors leading out to a decked area.

DOUBLE BEDROOM

King size bed, Kaymed Spinal Support mattress*,  fitted wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps, dressing table, stool and mirror, radio alarm and hairdryer. Bed and furniture in solid oak.

TWIN BEDROOM

2 single beds with Kaymed Spinal Support mattresses*, fitted wardrobe, bedside table and lamp. Beds and furniture in solid oak.

* These mattresses feature a unique air layer which enhances air circulation within the mattress to keep you comfortable through the night and help you get a good night sleep. They aim to reduce any pressure from build up which can lead to neck, back and joint pains during sleep. They claim to help prevent a range of aches and pains including aching joints, sciatic pain, arthritis, rheumatism, circulatory problems and neck pain.

BATHROOM

Toilet, wash handbasin, heated towel rail and Whirlpool bath (8 base jets, 5 side jets, 6 back jets, 2 reflexology foot jets and 7 colours). A directional flow valve allows you to isolate various jets to help relaxation and focus in on certain problematic areas of the body.

EN-SUITE

Tiled en-suite with enclosed shower cubicle, wash hand basin, toilet and heated towel rail.

DECKED AREA 

Large decked area with table and chairs leaving you to enjoy the day and night time views.
